Here's my advice to you...

You are obvously young, and only new and inexperienced to the market....this kind of market can wipe out even the best players.

You have saved a deposit for a house...go and concentrate on putting your OWN roof over your head first, whilst rates are low, and house prices are falling.

Set yourself up first...the market will still be here when you're done, and maybe by then conditions will be much better, instead of playing with fire in a bear market.

As for whether you should sell out of BBI, that's your call...
