Please correct me if I am wrong but the presence of nAb would block/hinder the TT-034 treatment. If that happened then the "test" would look safe and good when in actual fact nothing had not occurred. At this stage of testing, any blocking antibody is probably not the thing to have in the patients blood. Hopefully it is only days now to a patient without restrictions. Volume is up today so maybe there is some expectations building and the 2nd cohorts after Xmas.
