I'd expect remitted on/by the 31st. Announcement by Friday to that effect.

A point I think I've argued before is that the reason for a smaller $2m tranche is because it's easier to transfer earlier. That gives me some confidence that it will happen next week.

Nothing will happen until the money is actually in EVM's account, which I don't think will be next week. I suspect the whole $10m investment will need to be complete before the ASX relents.

Without knowing the precise reason why we remain in suspension it's difficult to say when the ASX will lift it.
