Does anyone know why it is still 10m instead of the inital 15m offered?

At the end of the day, if it doesn't come, there will be another excuse and the wait will continue.
Even if we rage quit, we can't sell, so we just have to ride it out.

The last excuse seemed pretty specific on values and times, so we can only take their word.
You would assume they would transfer the funds before the due date, so EVM gets it "by" the date.
