You would hope that they would ensure that the transaction is effected on Friday so that it arrives by Tuesday. Do you think that first tranche of the first tranche will satisfy ASX enough to allow EVM to come off suspension?
It does seem that Valentia won't be changing the dates again - so I assume that Valentia have the funds in their accounts now and they are not reliant upon anyone else. If they did have the cash you have to wonder why they would persist with the split payment.
I am really hoping that the by 1st September they will be trading rather than by 1st October...
