This company is incredibly frustrating; it just seems too hard, slow and complicated for them to get some money on the bottom line. I can’t see a successful takeover materialising until they are profitable as I think the bidder would have trouble justifying the price that would be needed to win over the major shareholders, as we witnessed last year. But at this share price and the potential to be awarded contracts worth as much as the capitalisation of the company surely there is plenty of scope for the share price to reflect a re-rating. Maybe this new customer err ‘partner’s’ software company will be interested? I wouldn’t have thought that the cancellation of the QTC project would have affected the bottom line negatively to any great extent; in fact I thought it would have been a positive for this financial year in that they were supposedly to be paid for work completed. I mean that development project always sounded to me like it was a bit outside their normal field, and I remember hearing that the budget was smaller than they had anticipated. I wonder if they’ve been paid for the Royal Canadian contract, and if so whether exchange rates have played a part in their diminished bottom line, come to think of it I don’t think they’ve used that excuse, I think I’ll pass it on to JM for use at the AGM. LOL anyway at these prices I’ve bought some more and maintained the faith and will give them yet another year.
