Mr Kim Robinson (Chairman, Non Exec. Director) --- well that’s the sort of action that will test a companies share price.

I think he was involved with JBM (Jubilee Mines) in the initial stages of Cosmos.

Does anyone know how he acquired the 4.8 million shares?

I find it all rather disappointing.

There is some sort of conflicting loyalties here --- its hard to be Chairman and at the same time have sold all your shares.

2 million options are a non event --- part of the salary package I would imagine.
