Smacko, my response is much the same, leave them alone. However, they will not leave the West alone. Because of the conditions individuals make decisions to leave and take friends and rellies with them when they find a good place. Then they eventually inject their poison into the new society they have "invaded".
It is a dilemna. One solution might be to take the battle to those living in the West. Force them to admit to the truth about their behaviour, and get those in the West to admit the problems. Pandering to them is not a solution, but maybe truth will force change.
