Because my business is litigation funding so I suspect that I have more knowledge about international arbitration and litigation in general than the "average" poster. I have a concern that everybody thinks this arbitration is going to be quick and cheap. My experience is that legal disputes are always longer and more costly than anticipated and never as straight forward as expected. I thought some posters might find my insights of interest. Hence my post.

If I am wrong about timing and complexity then I will be very happy - especially if an arbitrator finds in favour of FAR. And even if the arbitrator finds against FAR at least we then have certainty and the JV can hopefully move to commercialisation quickly with presumably WPL as operator.

Back to the golf course.
