Hope they can swim. After a couple of winter storms came through when I was living there I saw the canal properties being inundated, especially around the marina, Dawesville and the Peel Inlet. Land there is not a good investment, but I hope they enjoy whilst it remains above water. That's not to say their neighbours aren't bogans like that guy from Balga.
