The idea that Mandurah is just one place is a misnomer though, it is the centre of a sprawling metropolis with some really nice flash, quality developments and just like all cities it has its Crack Alleys.
If you moved to Perth you could be living in Nedlands a few kilometres away from Twiggy or in Balga next door Billy Cokebottle’s nephew twice removed.
As for Mandurah, anywhere on a high point with wind that blows the mosquitoes away is high rolling living
