Lav, please. I'm not saying it wasn't an accident. I dont know except what Dan has told us. Sadly, many Victorians would look out the window if Dan said it was pouring with rain. We don't believe 90% of what he says. If it wasn't an accident then someone wanted to hurt him for an unknown reason. And that reason would include revenge or punishment for events involving unproven allegations. As some in the ALP are saying, the failure to provide full details is responsible for the speculation.
