Thanks, bevter for starting that very interesting thread on chemo kills.Lots of good info was posted and lots of participation. There really are a lot of interesting and knowledgeable people on H/C. We should also be thankful to Yttrium for getting the blood flowing! I'm sure he just enjoys winding us up.

What I did find interesting was mention of how many undiagnosed tumours are found on autopsy compared to live diagnosis.Interesting implications then, if tumours were then seen as something not to be "fought "(with the resultant upsetting of the bodies system and then their spread ) but something to be possibly managed and monitored, possibly by low level non aggressive dietary/supplement intake.
I wouldn't mind betting that the diagnosis itself is much of the problem, when the doctor says the "C" word it has as much emotional impact as a bone pointing to a traditional aboriginal.I have heard of aboriginals in the outback who had had the bone pointed at them and couldn't be saved even in hospital with drips and the best of care. Maybe the "C" word is just white mans magic.

There was an article in the weekend Oz last year about placebo operations and how well they work. Even after knowing that the surgeons just cut and stitched the wound up, many people remained cured.Interesting idea.

    cheers ron
