the company has already been split....from an asx announcement on 24/07/14
"Admedus announced that it has increased its ownership in Admedus Vaccines, the platform vaccine development company led by Professor Ian Frazer"...note it is now Admedus Immunotherapies...
someone has already thought about it some time ago....so your question is irrelevant...
