But it's still one listed entity, which is the crux of it. Imagine we get a slam dunk with the vaccine, billions of dollars to sell it. We won't be able to use that money on the regen business, and the tax implications of a dividend wouldn't likely be better than a takeover (only CGT to pay). Therefore two listed entities are better than one. But maybe they're planning for it down the road.
