Don't worry Namvet, all the Mt Weld tenements are in good order. Check the BDA report Pg 28 in the Explanatory Memorandum
It took Lynas 10yrs to get full control of them and what an outrage to just hand them on a plate to Forge.
Not just Crown but there is no royalty payable to lynas on Swan so that is a complete freebie
Also Forge will be able to start prospecting in the co-operation area as soon as this deal is stitched up
Lynas will only keep about 200 ha out of 2000 ha for its exclusive use. That only 10% of the tenement
I wonder about the competance of the management
Someone better remind Lynas next yr that M38/326 and
M38/327 expire in Nov 2012.
