perth housing just spent 3 weeks in perth,the house prices are a joke-how people can afford to by a house that is roughly 1/2 mill ave,all along the coast over mill-yearly wage ave most probably 70k then take off tax-loans must be huge-the question though-house prices have never really ever dropped before-so does the currency gets devalued
