Donnie say he only employs the best people. So therefore he employs the best attorneys. Clearly Donnie and his attorneys decided to let the opportunity to have a jury trial pass, so they could whine and complain that they didn't get a jury trial because he Donnie, is clearly guilty and that may give them the opportunity to delay the trial by hopefully six months.
