Shareholders have been informed that the half of the Notes agreed at the AGM are on hold i.e. they have not indeed been converted to debt as promised.

However, we need not panic just yet as we have assurances that now ALL of the Notes are included in the review process. This is what we have been striving for all along, yet they have not indicated what form any Notes resolution will take so we must continue to press for conversion of the whole lot into debt.

Albidon Action will be monitoring this situation carefully. We are also promised more detail will be forthcoming to address the discrepancies between the March & June quarterlies.
