Of course these notes are the main factor that will stymie the share price going forward, we will never even approach 50% of fair value whilst they remain in place. If fair value is $1 with today's number of shares in issue, add in the notes with the potential for a truly massive dilution of 100% with associated capital raising, plus the enormous uncertainty they create in the eyes of the market, & the share price will be lucky to get past 30c. It is obvious to any market professional that these notes have kept, & will continue to keep, the share price artificially depressed.
