Hi stockzilla, I see you have been enlightened by others as to my reply to you the other day & trust you now comprehend why we must be cautious.

I trust you emailed the company as you said you would, I am interested to learn whether you received a reply from them? Many shareholders have been blanked by Alan Jury, the self-pronounced 'conduit' between us & the review team: indeed investor relations appear to have worsened despite our continued efforts to engage with the company in constructive two-way dialogue & focus on the way forward.

They have frequently promised to address the discrepancies in the latest quarterly & yet fail to do so. They have told us the 50% of the Notes agreed upon at the AGM has now been renounced, this should have been disclosed to the market as there now exists the potential for Jinchuan to renege on the deal as they obviously could not care less what others think about their business practices, including ASX.

In short they are almost impossible to deal with, Alan is likely devoting his time to stymieing the flow of information rather than encouraging same - this is their idea of investor relations. They are so paranoid & secretive the HQ would be better served by relocating to Pyongyang. Maybe they have a lot to hide?
