As a follow up to this morning. I did get a reply from AJ which is a masterpiece in vagueness and rehashed information.

Briefly, what he does say is:

1) There is no specific timetable for the outcomes/progress of the review. The market (i.e. us) will be updated when that happens.
2) When we get those updates we'll also be updated on the restructuring of debt and the convertible notes. Recommendations on what has to be done about them will be made by the review panel.

Therefore, nothing new and furthermore the email left me with a sense of uneasiness. Sorry I can't be more positive.
