I got the info from Alan Jury. I did not want to post it, so I e-mailed him to tell him he should put it out formally as it is not clear from the Q2 rep that the half notes conversion to debt has been put on hold. E-mail him yourself, his e-mail is at the bottom of all recent announcements. He will go into great depth telling you why he can't really say anything. It obviously irks him that we still seem to know more about the company than he does (the study is only in its 3rd week and doing a finger tip search of the entire outback... LOL). We have been on their case for months and our complaint against the old CEO J-H Sang was that he never did anything, not that he never said anything, if you know what I mean.

You must understand that we are pushing the company VERY HARD to release the truth and do the right thing by ordinary shareholders. We therefore have to be sure about who we let in. It is not inside info we are sharing, but we try to make sure everyone of our members gets a chance to comment of what we are putting into the company before it goes in, this takes about 2 days and it is important the wrong people do not get advanced warning.
