I completely agree. I fail to see how any money has been raised. We have not seen any details as to how this money has been spent, other then "buying more Fortitude".

In fact, prior to the recent placements, MS always released details of how many Fortitude shares we were buying, at what price, for how much, etc. Now we just get one line in an App 3B.

I don't buy it. And for MS to think that he can sell that line to us (that these people are also hurting and stressed) is a great insult to the many shareholders that want answers.

His tendency to avoid answering the crucial questions (such as why have people supposedly paid 2-3 times the current market price, and then proceed to dump them onto market) is starting to speak louder and louder that there is something dodgy going on behind closed doors.

I am a lot more tempted to dump my holdings with his constant dancing around crucial issues.
