At the current OA price, whoever converted could have sold the 35 million for $560 k.
However, he chose to convert to shares, at 0.9c. At the current SP of 2.2c, if he then sells the shares he would realise only $455k.
So in fact, whoever converted these OA's chose the lesser profit, in fact, some $105k less.
