I observe that NONE of the OptionCo alternate directors have any experience in being on the board of directors a public company.
It is foolish to assume that because a person is a director of a Pty Ltd company that the same level of management skills automatically transfer to a public company.
They do not! it is a different level of management.
Similar to being a pilot of a single engine Cessna, and then sitting in the seat of an Airbus with 500 people sitting behind you.
Like chalk and cheese.
Or like fly or crash. The reason why pilots are so well trained is because they have to ensure the safety of the passengers.
