I always laugh when I see people bag JH, as to the illogical position they represent.
What you imply is that JH made all the decisions himself and that the OLD board just sat there in total AWE of JH, and did not have the intestinal fortitude other than to sit there and say NOTHING.
If there is one thing that the OLD chairman of that board is , IT IS NOT a person who lacks intestinal fortitude, Not by a long way.
The reality is that JH was always acting in accordance with the decisions of the old board,
I don't see you bagging the old board, just the MD at the time , BUT NOT the MD today , remarkable , absolutely remarkable.
