    Yes - volume reflects the value - cheap - what can you say - I mean - for me to buy at 0.009 (the cheapest i've ever paid for them) - with a very good chance of strike at 5 at or before December, the risk factor is very limited given their reserve estimates and various concerns... Would like nothing more than to see WTEO back to 6.7 again...
