more options to gooding

AGM resolution asking shareholders to give another 10 million options to John Gooding - the exercise price of 26.6c is a give-away IMO and the price hurdles are absolutely pathetic - 2 million @ 35c, 3 million @ 40c & 5 million @ 50c with a three year vesting period - this is much too generous - most of the previous option issues have had a price hurdle at double the exercise price and it should be no different this time - he could sit on his @rse for the next three years and the shareprice would still be 60c+.
Directors then wonder why small shareholders vote against sweetheart deals like this - no doubt the five largest shareholders have had advance warning of this and have reluctantly agreed as they don't want to rock the boat.
