Yes it is very disappointing for shareholders. Note 20 to the accounts on page 56 of the 2009 Annual Report reveals not only did Gooding receive his salary of $US365k for the year but he also got a $US363k Short term incentive(ie Cash Bonus)- I ask what did he do during 2009 to deserve a 100% Bonus - unfortunately we have a Board of Directors who are obviously willing to rubberstamp anything that is put before them.
