Not particularly comfortable with this myself. It means, of course, that should the SP hit .3 there's just more people with a potential interest of selling into rallies to make a buck.
Not a huge dilution in the overall scheme of things, but I agree that the strike price here is way too low. Interesting that their current oppies are at much higher strike prices for the most part. So what does this very low offering mean? Hmmm.
