I can see a lot of Chinese investors taking their money out of the property market here to pay debts in China. It is impossible to say how it will effect the capital city property markets here, but it seems when Chinese investors head for the exit it starts a stampede so if it does happen I can see a crash in the Sydney market. I am a property bear but I've never thought there would be a crash in the past, no I think there will be.
