Gee Runningman, great find. If that is Minmetals criteria then they would certainly have to look at Discovery. $4.50 a share would be very nice and easily justifiable given Minmetals could accelerate the production increases and get Discovery to be a big producer much more quickly 9just because they have cash).

I cannot help thinking though that, given Discovery's large resource potential, that it could be worth more than $4.50/share to Minmetals. Am I being greedy :-) ????
