I think you say it all in your post.
Commentators are clueless as to what is really going on. A support level is a support level until it's not so guess what we'll just invent another support level because we got some lines to make a funny shape that will become the new support ad nauseam.
All the levels will get smashed (which is such a technical term) if there is enough fear or manipulation going on and resistance broken if there is enough greed.
TA is such a BS scam and poor excuse as to what is really happening.
I'm sure RMS will, like most goldies of similar size, will be put to the test or sword if the current theme in gold continues.
