    Once the price of oil recovers which I believe is around the corner the above information will become irrelevant, Companies will have to spend to deal with natural declines and also for extra supplies for growth.

    I believe once oil hits 60 WPL will have a change of heart and go ahead with the bourse project, but guess what, all the rates will have to be renegotiated.
