    I am not hearing about where all these people are going to live. Relieved of the burden of a home loan with and more money to spend.

    The faster the rate of foreclosure the faster the increase in demand for rental property, the more attractive the market for real estate investment.

    Financial institutions cop the initial write downs. Cashed up investors then move in to kill the pig. Cheap homes and excellent returns.

    The quicker these foreclosures speed up the quicker the whole mess will be over.

    When everybody is talking about a disaster on the horizon, its already here or happened, when everybody is talking about a boom on the horizon, its already here or gone.

    Scrupulous investors will be licking their lips and waiting for the starters gun. Then we will be off again.
