I guess there will be more pain from now until any result from the first horizontal drill or unless someone turn up with a big offer. until then share price will drift low with the fighting between the board and the 6% holder.

My solution, get risk of Vicky Mc. and give two independent directors (not 5) to that guy demand that will add some eyes to the board and open up a channel for information flow to shareholders.

I guess this is not the last fund raising this year, company trying to load their bank account when they still can.
