    pages 21 & 23 on that presentation do not look accurate to me.
    They claim NSE only has 5.381 nett acres, which is not true. NSE would have millions of acres. So the price per acre is also wrong. They have given it a price of almost 20K per acre....clearly not right there. I reckon it is more like 10 dollars per acre!
