There is no doubt that there are values on those levels but your cost assessment of dewatering from the 10 to 19 is ludicrous. Basically, other than for a few exploration cross cuts, there is only the 4 compartment shaft to pump through the Gap Zone - ergo, not a lot of water.
The immediate future lies in testing the Gap Zone as this is the area most readily ammenable to early exploitation.
