more pluses than minuses

On the face of things, I can't see too many problems with AXM.
As I understand it:
1. management is experienced with a good track record,
2. management isn't selling down its shareholding,
3. Baker Steel aren't nongs, and have taken an impressive stake (as they did at DIO when it was unloved),
4. Seems cash flow positive,
5. sizable resource with plenty of growth potential,
6. good grade

Minuses,
1. yet to prove consistency of production (like every other young producer company in this sector)
2. finances - might be a black box (i don't know enough to be able to comment on whether this is a real or potential (or a non-) problem.

My take is that short sellers are trashing the share price.
