From my understanding management have already decided on a strategy of continuing development of PSD taking account of cash available whilst continuing negotiations with prospective financiers, be it debt and equity. Simple as that!

I am a long term shareholder, and i have no problems with that strategy. Of course I'd prefer the bigger funding done and full bore development but it's yet to happen - and when it does just watch the scramble for shares!

Any amount of scare-mongering by non-holders is just what I've been accustomed to on SFG threads. But it won't stop the inevitable!
