Preference is Copernicus/Sentinel. Different levels of free/paid data, relating to currency and/or frequency range used to collect data. (ie visible/IR wavelength, vegetation penetration (not relevant for PSD), etc. For observing overseas mine development, I prefer this service.

Geoscience Australia have some good resource as well. http://www.ga.gov.au/scientific-topics/earth-obs/accessing-satellite-imagery, which is current enough to have a look at what is happening at Legune (or not as the case is).
