I think the trouble with STU is they are percieved as all talk and no action.I was a shareholder some years ago when they were trading at about $1.70 and even back then they were talking about Port Bonython being up and running within 18 months.That was probably around 2005 or 2006.From memory,they were also producing about 800000 barrels of oil a year.
