    Hi Johnnny,

    Enjoy reading your posts regardless, would humbly suggest you cut and paste your issues and email it to management immediately and follow up with a phone call. Then post your evaluation of the situation.

    Now that would be good reading.

    I would imagine they would insulate using Silica (sand) but I have not asked the question.

    To be honest they haven't returned my call.
