Well, it's 1 ,898,122,866 shares on issue, still a lot though.
It may be a bit early to fret about a valuation, the potential investor is still looking, but agreed the market cap is only $5.7m at $.003 so there is potential for a lot more than that. I think a fair comment is that the 'small scale mining operation' is only the beginning - the idea, presumably, is to prove-up the methodology and then expand rapidly.
In any case a $35m investment is going to be a lot easier to handle than the $200m or so that was the start up cost of the original plan.
I'm giving it breathing space, we've waited this long and isn't it a pleasure to be thinking of a healthy future for Gippsland, rather than the miserable alternative.
