I bought in today, based on what I've read I think we are going to have a good time in lithium sector over next few months with record EV sales in China, a rebound or at the very least stabilisation of refined chemicals prices and offtake season with PLS, GXY and AJM likely to show some higher than expected spodumene pricing contracts.
I picked AJM because relative to its potential forward earnings it is the most undervalued of the developers. On a resource basis it is not, but it has a resource upgrade due shortly. I also think the market favours speed to production and AJM has the least roadblocks / impediments. So taking all of this into consideration I believe AJM has highest leverage to the positive events mentioned above. But I have a few more irons in the fire at different stages of development / for different reasons and think overall spodumene should have a good few months October - January.
