    Overseas institutional investors are bemused at current $57m market cap after only holding a short time.
    They are welcome to join HC to read about true bemusement from suffering long term shareholders.
    Why don't the overseas institutional investors push this and market this if they are so bemused. They have muscle to do what us small holders cannot. Sorry for my rant. I am a long time VLA holder.
