    what i like to know is why erm think that the deal put up for the share holders
    is the salvation for ego if that is the case why don,t they stay around with us
    or is there something we don.t know about why they want to get out of the jv
    it is realy beat me I will like to know how much gas a there in the b sands before I can vote yes or no to the deal
