2. Well developed supply chain and associated IP

What did IBM do when it saw desktop computers were under threat?

They became a service provider to the computer industry. They evolved out of their supplier phase into services.

While CCL isn't going to evolve into services, they can evolve into a Supply Chain service for non-competing companies that need their products delivered to the same customers.

Oh, and keep making a lot of money selling drinks at the same time.

There's a lot f fight left in CCL.

And if there isn't? They get taken over by a bigger fish and you get a takeover premium.
