If you reneg on a sloppy deal that was not thought out properly you leave yourself open to this sort of result and also there are plenty of companies out there prepared to farm in check out the deal done on our south border 100mil of works for 60% which is alot better than 15mil for 40%. Beach knew what was there in 855, Icon did'nt, they got railroaded, just sloppy management.
